2023 Insight (Vipassana) Meditation
3-hour sessions
The House of Dhamma
|
These sessions are intended for long-stay visitors or for English-speaking residents in Thailand. |
|
The classes give simple instruction to the Mahasri Sayadaw method of Buddhist Vipassana meditation which is also taught at Section 5 of Wat Mahadhatu, Tha Prachan, Bangkok. |
Hopefully the three-hour sessions will help to build friendships and an active community of like-minded people who prefer to communicate in English, not as formal students, but as active participants in spiritual life but with their feet firmly on the ground.
