One-day 'Taster' sessions

In an integrated way, participants will discover ways in which concentration-based meditation differs from
awareness-based meditation. They will practise standing, walking and sitting meditation and have the opportunity
to ask questions about the practice and their personal experience of it.

These courses are partly based on what the participants want to know, although there are certain essential points that will definitely be included. As a result the schedule is somewhat flexible.
