Traditional Buddhist Insight Meditation (also called Vipassana)
Follow-up days for experienced meditators
One day of fairly intensive, mostly silent, meditation practice and discussion.
These one-day sessions are highly recommended for those who have completed the House
of Dhamma Introductory course and/ or who have already practised in the Mahasri Sayadaw
(or Section 5 Wat Mahadhatu) tradition and who wish to brush up their practice or to refine it.
This one-day session can be requested by individual meditators as a refresher.

Instruction is in English. |
Participants should be in good health and will normally be over 18 years old. |
It is not necessary to be a Buddhist to attend but openness to Thai Buddhist culture is important. |
Meditators should wear comfortable, fairly conservative clothing. |
Chairs are provided if preferred. |
Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available. |
